*Sunrise and panoramic mountain views This is one of the most scenic teahouse treks in the Annapurna region. From Ghorepani village (2,800m) you arise early in the morning for a spectacular 360 degree view of the whole Annapurna range, including the snowy peaks of the Annapurna South and Macchupucchare. You continue to the Gurung village of Ghandruk. The Gurung originally migrated from western Tibet. They are renowned for their exotic traditional dress, the key feature being a neck ornament made of coral, gold and turquoise beads for the women. Many aspects of their culture can be seen in the local museum

Pokhara (884m) – Hille (1475m)

A 1.5 hour drive takes us to Nayapul ~ the starting point of our trek. We follow the river and then slowly ascend through rice fields to Hille (1475m) and stop for the night.

Hille (1475m) - Ghorepani (2855m)

Ascent/Descent : 1380m Ascent Kms : 7km Duration : 6/7hrs

We start our day with a steep ascent to Ulleri (m) where we get our first view of the Himalayas. We then continue through forests of rhododendron until we reach our destination ~ Ghorepani (2855 m).

Ghorepani (2855m) - Tadapani (2680m)

Ascent/Descent : 510m Descend Kms : 5km Duration : 6hrs

An early climb to the summit of Poon Hill (3030m) to watch the sun rise across a magnificent Himalayan panorama. After breakfast we follow a long ridge through rhododendron forests to Deurali. We then walk through impressive river gorges with the chance to see Langur monkeys in the trees. Our destination is Tadapani (2680m)

Tadapani (2680m) - Ghandruk (2170m)

Ascent/Descent : 510m Descend Kms : 5km Duration : 4hrs

We walk along a shaded forest trail, followed by terraced fields of maize and potatoes to Ghandruk (2170m). From here we have fantastic views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhare. It is a major settlement of the Gurung, an ethnic group of Nepal. It is a very famous Gurung village with terraces and offers excellent mountain views. After arriving, it is possible to take a short walk to explore the village, visiting a cultural museum and monastery.

Ghandruk (2170m) - Pokhara (884m)

Ascent/Descent : 1286m Descend Kms : 6km Duration : 5hrs walk 1.5hrs Drive

Today we leave the mountains behind us. A 5-hour hike and one and half hours drive take us back to the relaxing Lakeside of Pokhara.

We provide bagpacks, crampons, and maps. Price Includes: Guide, assistants, 3 meals per day, afternoon tea & snacks, accommodation for the duration of the trek(2 persons per room).

However, during high season one room per two clients may not be always available. If this should happen we request our clients to be flexible and share a triple or room with four beds. Annapurna Park entry and TIMS fees, staff insurance, transport to and from the trailhead, two nights' accommodation pre and post the trek and a complimentary massage after the trek from Seeing Hands, a blind organization. (proud to introduce one of our product) and can supply 75 liters backpack for the main trekking stuff, light crampons, gaiters and trekking map.

Assistant - (maximum weight to carry is 10 kg for female assistant guide and 13 kg for male assistant guide).

Doesn't include: Soft beverages, air tickets & client insurance.
