Bardia national park is a place of pristine forest and wildlife out of the tourist track. The inhabitants of the Nepalese jungle: The royal Bengal tiger, the Asiatic Elephant, the one-horned rhinoceros, among others (deers, crocodiles, monkeys, birds…), which you may discover during jeep, elephants, floating or even walking safaris. Bardia is located 600km west of Katmandu in the heart of the Teraï plain which is inhabited by the Tharu ethnical group. They are warm and welcoming people with a very vivid, and complex culture close to nature. They are happy in advance to meet you.
