Hill Ridgeline Trek starting altitude 420m - 1515m An unusual trek, easily accessible from Pokhara, offering mountain views from Kanjiroba to Ganesh Himal, spectacular sunset and sunrise views from accessible view points. Experience the lifestyle of ethnic groups including Gurung and Magar. Diverse landscape, including forests, ancient rice terraces, and bird watching opportunities. Millennium cave with underground waterfall, ancient temples and historical forts(kots). Delicious homemade food, simple home stay accommodation. A relatively easy trek, can be undertaken by most age groups, no altitude problems and access roads from most of trek in case of emergency. Length of trek can be adjusted to suit time needs.

Local bus or taxi to Gachhepani, approx one and a half hours from Pokhara. Gentle walk passes the Rock Garden, an interesting rock formation on the banks of the Seti River. Visit the Tibetan Settlement and continue through thriving villages. After two hours through beautiful villages reach the Dhor Bharahi Temple where 'holy fish' can be seen. The track meanders up through many villages until Rajastal is reached after a further two hours. Rajastal is a traditional village with a friendly homestay. Walking hours : 4

Leaving Rajasthal it's a 30 minutes uphill walk to Rajkot , the ruins of old fort and view with beautiful views. The trail meanders down to Lamagaun. Easy walking for about one hour. Continue along the trail to Gharedi , where there is a simple homestay

The day starts with a trip to Millennium Cave. An energetic 550 steep descent to a remarkable cave with an underground waterfall. It's an hour and half round trip, returning through paddy fields to a bridge. Turn right on an unmarked road after the bridge. Uphill, passing endless rice paddy to reach Kalkhu and on to Kolma by passing Bisauna. Overnight in Kolma an interesting small town with extensive mountain views or take a jeep to the village of POKHARICHHAP where there is a homestay.

Leave Pokharichhap walk up to view point Kolma Kot (1565m), an easy walk with amazing views, equal to Pun Hill! With a picturesque village at the top. An easy walk down to Jyamire, 1320m, another traditional village, where it is possible to observe villagers in their daily lives. Continue along a track for one and a half hours until the village of RANGBHANG is reached. A thriving village with comfortable homestay. The views and countryside from here are superb.

Leaving Rangbhang descend on a steep, rocky track for one hour to Dobadi Bhanjyang 1302m The trail then continues through the forest to Chandrakot, a small timeless village. From there it is a further hour to reach Pelkachaur where there is a simple homestay in a busy village In the morning there is transport back to Pokhara.

We provide bagpacks, crampons, and maps. Price Includes: Guide, assistants, 3 meals per day, afternoon tea & snacks, accommodation for the duration of the trek(2 persons per room).

However, during high season one room per two clients may not be always available. If this should happen we request our clients to be flexible and share a triple or room with four beds. Annapurna Park entry and TIMS fees, staff insurance, transport to and from the trailhead, two nights' accommodation pre and post the trek and a complimentary massage after the trek from Seeing Hands, a blind organization. (proud to introduce one of our product) and can supply 75 liters backpack for the main trekking stuff, light crampons, gaiters and trekking map.

Assistant - (maximum weight to carry is 10 kg for female assistant guide and 13 kg for male assistant guide).
