Shanti Rai - Trekking Guide
Shanti is from the Solukhumbu district. She attended the Female Trekking Guide training conducted by Empowering Women of Nepal in 2003.
Since then Shanti has been working for 3 Sisters Adventure Trekking.She has undertaken technical rock and ice climbing training in Nepal and
overseas. In 2011 she was part of a women's expedition and scaled Annapurna IV (7525m), Chulu West (6490m) and Tent Peak (5690m). Her
area of expertise includes the Annapurna Circuit, Tilicho Lake and the Jomsom/Muktinath trek. She has vast experience of trekking in the
Annapurna and Langtang regions and loves to trek and climb mountains. Shanti is known among her friends as'the lady with the beautiful smile'.
