Mana Kunwar is from Palpa. She has more than 20 years of experience as a trekking guide. She did the Female Trekking Guide Training in 2001 provided by 3 Sisters and soon after, she started her trekking as an assistant guide. Now she is a senior guide and also an assistant trainer of Culture & Religion for Female Trekking Guide Training. Her area of expertise is the Annapurna region, Langtang, and Upper Mustang.
